Leadership
Anthony Harris
Chief Business Development Officer
Anthony Harris serves as Chief Business Development Officer of Fourth Synergy Group, providing executive leadership across business development, financial strategy, contract performance, and company growth.
He brings more than 20 years of experience spanning real estate, construction, finance, and business development, including more than a decade of experience in federal contracting. His background includes construction and renovation management, real estate development, supply chain management, private equity and capital markets, and domestic and international investments.
Throughout his career, Anthony has managed complex projects, strategic partnerships, investor relationships, and capital initiatives requiring disciplined financial oversight and coordinated execution. He is also a founding partner of Amcar Group, where his experience has included real estate development and investment activities.
Anthony holds a bachelor’s degree in Business and Finance. At Fourth Synergy Group, he applies his combined operational and financial experience to position the company for sustainable growth while maintaining the accountability, responsiveness, and performance expected by government and commercial clients.
